Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high volume periods, (e.g. product launches or holidays), processing times may be extended.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 1-3 weeks for the production process to be completed before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard, free, & express shipping for domestic and international orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please note:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Black Money Inc. is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.

DHL (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.

Address Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for the reshipment cost.
