Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If
you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
● Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
● Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:
● Gift cards
● Sale/clearance items
● Items marked “Final Sale”
● Worn, washed, or damaged items

To start a return, email us at blackmoneyinc409@gmail.com with:
● Your order number
● The item(s) you want to return
● Reason for the return

We’ll respond with return instructions and address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
● We’ll notify you by email
● If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10
business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original
item and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
● Contact us at blackmoneyinc409@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery
● Include photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
1. Double-check your bank account
2. Contact your card provider (some refunds take time)
3. Still no refund? Contact us at blackmoneyinc409@gmail.com
